Bolivia looks to practice on México

The Mexican national soccer team will look to mend its image on Wednesday (March 11) when it faces Bolivia in an international friendly in Denver.

For this match, Mexican coach Sven Goran-Eriksson has called on 22 players, all of them from the Mexican league, with the goal of defining the starting 11 for the March 28 CONCACAF home match against Costa Rica and the April 1 road game against Honduras. Both are qualifying matches for World Cup 2010.

The list does not include any players from Chivas, who lost a Copa Libertadores game in Venezuela last week, although the club's management had indicated its players would be available for the national team game against Bolivia.
