Earlier last week, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger signed a $26 billion state budget which he called "the good, the bad, and the ugly."
Since that day, many more details have surfaced on how the state is planning on closing down that deficit.
One of those ideas is to reduce 10 percent of everyone's paycheck starting Nov. 1.
According to state officials, the tax reduction will be based on each individual salary. This "extra" amount will be taken in by the state as a loan and will be returned in the following income tax season.
