Sergio Sendel prefers to be a villain

Sergio Sendel, 42, has become one of the best villain-playing actors in Latin América. His latest role is Damián Gallardo on the telenovela 'Mañana Es Para Siempre' (Tomorrow is Forever), which is currently airing on Univisión.

Q: How do you feel about the result of this telenovela?

A: "I feel great because you identify yourself with the story and with your character thanks to the atmosphere that has been created."

Q: Your character is a villain but he is also manipulated by Bárbara Greco, Lucero's character.

A: "It is an ill-fated relationship, a very pathetic one. In real life someone manipulated like that must have poor self-esteem. The relationship between me and Lucero's character is very attractive to me because you get to be a victim and yet you victimize others."

Sendel has been in the television industry for more than 22 years.
