Los Tigres del Norte and Alejandro Fernández won’t be making a stop in Fresno after all.
The Fresno’s concert, which was part of ‘Rompiendo Fronteras Tour,’ scheduled for 8 p.m. Friday (Nov. 9) at the Save Mart Center has been canceled, according to Annie Melvold, marketing manager at the Save Mart Center.
“That show was canceled long time ago,” said Melvold.
No other information about why the concert was canceled was provided.
The tour, produced by CMN Events, was launched in August in Newark, New Jersey and had 20 cities scheduled for concerts including Miami, Los Ángeles, Houston, San José, San Antonio, Washington D.C., and Chicago, among others.
According to Ticketmaster website, refunds for the Fresno’s event will be at “point of purchase only” and those internet and phone orders will automatically be canceled and refunded.
However, Ticketmaster still shows that Los Tigres del Norte and Alejandro Fernández will be taking their Rompiendo Fronteras Tour to the Forum in Inglewood on Sunday, Nov. 11 at 7 p.m. as well as on Friday, Nov. 18 at 8 p.m. at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Il.
The Rompiendo Fronteras Tour stopped in the Central Valley on Sept. 22 at the Rabobank Arena in Bakersfield.
The tour will also make stops in Kansas City and Denver.
