CERES Eight years ago, Juan Sánchez decided he wanted to start his own business and fulfill a goal he had set when he arrived in the United States.
"My goal was to succeed in this country which opened its doors to me many years ago and I believe one has to work hard to achieve the 'American Dream' which everyone longs for," said Sánchez, who owns and operates Sánchez Hauling Service -- Clean up and Concrete Removal.
Sánchez left his native Hacienda del Carmen in Guanajuato, México in March, 1984. "Like everyone, we came to this country to have a better future for our families," he said.
With his business, Sanchez specializes in yard work -- pruning trees, plants, cutting grass, etc. -- even removing all types of concrete and obsolete objects such as old furniture and useless wood.
