MODESTO -- Modesto Junior College men's soccer continues on a fabulous season of 12-1-5 (5-0-2 in conference) after defeating JC champion Santa Rosa, 2-0, last Friday.

Heavyweight MMA: Cain vs. Dos Santos on Fox Network
LOS ÁNGELES -- Cain Velásquez will defend the UFC Heavyweight title against Brazilian challenger Junior dos Santos in the Nov. 12 main event on the Fox Network from Anaheim.
Velásquez (9-0-0) defeated Brock Lesnar for the heavyweight last year. Dos Santos enters the bout at 13-1-0.
A few undercard events include featherweights Pablo Garza facing Dustin Poirier; Robert Peralta against Mackens Semerzier; bantamweight Cole Escovedo facing Alex Caceres.
